Sacred Breath and Sound Medicine

Would you like to connect to heart through healing sounds of music while relaxing through your breath?

Join us for an evening of breathwork, music medicine and voice activation as we collectively transcend our ordinary states of consciousness and reconnect with our highest selves during the 11/11/22 portal.

We’ll open the sacred space with a didgeridoo acknowledgement of country – connecting with the land, our intentions and the group. We’ll then journey through a voice activation session, tapping into our own divine sound medicine. After we’ve harnessed the healing vibrations from within, we’ll travel through a gentle breathwork flow whilst being taken on an intuitive sound medicine journey (ethereal vocals, didgeridoo, hand pan, vocals, crystal bowls, guitar, flute, medicine drum, vocals and chimes).

Every experience will be unique to the traveler – come with an open mind and a willingness to surrender to the experience.

What to bring?

Yoga mat
Blanket (optional)
Eye pillow (optional)
Water bottle (optional)
Please note:

In honour of the sacred space, please arrive 10-15 minutes early as doors will be locked by 6:55PM for 7PM start
A clean vessel is always encouraged – please refrain from taking any drugs or alcohol prior to the event
Meet your facilitators: Atman, Michael & Ali

Atman Atmananda is a mystical musician, who channels and heals through music. His music is an invitation to connect to the Heart and expand in Being. He plays Yidaki (Didgeridoo), Percussion and Handpan. He is an international musician, who has lived in 8 countries and 15 different locations across the globe. His music is also a bridge from West to East. He enjoys blending all the cultures, ancient spiritual wisdom and musical concepts in his music.

Micheal Crush comes from a background of adventure sports where calming the nervous system is vital to performing at one’s best. After a skydiving accident he decided to dive deep into the single most effective tool we have for nervous system control, our breath.

Ali Skiba is a music medicine woman on a mission to raise the vibration of humanity. Drawing inspiration from the shamanic vocals of Deya Dova and the looping magic of Tash Sultana, Ali uses her voice and entourage of instruments to channel music medicine, hold breathwork ceremonies and help others tap into the healing resonance of their own voice via voice activation and song channeling practices.
